On Tuesday, November 24, 2015, Heaven gained a very special angel, Michael Scott (Mike) Helton.
Mike blessed our lives beginning on June 17, 1973. He was the loving son of Kalen and the late Howard R. Helton Sr. of Hinton.
Mike was a fun, loving, and hardworking man that would do anything for anyone, whether it was family friends, or the job that he loved at Minute Muffler. He gave us his all no matter how he felt or how much pain he was in, he was always right there. His smile lit up any room he entered, and his laughter filled hearts with happiness.
He now watches over his most precious treasures. Besides his mother Kalen, who he adored, he protects his soulmate and love of his life, Sarah Taylor Helton; two sons that he cherished and loved with everything he had, Michael Scott Helton Jr. and Jon Howard Helton; sister, Debbie Gwinn and husband Danny whom he loved like a brother; two brothers, Willie Helton and wife Angie of Rock Hill and Howard Helton Jr. and wife Lisa of Roanoke; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins that he loved so much.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 4, 2015 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM.
We love you Mike, more, most, infinity and beyond, forever and ever.
