Alice Okes

Alice Frances Pack Okes, 71, of Blacksburg, VA, died Monday, April 3, 2006 at Montgomery Regional Hospital at Blacksburg. Born at Streeter November 8, 1934 to the late Pearl Bryan and Ruby Violet Cooper Pack.She was preceded in death by a brother, Curtis Pack. She was retired from the Christiansburg Police Department and was a granduate of Hinton High School class of 1952.Survived by her husband, Leslie Carl Okes of Blacksburg, one daughter Lesa Karen Seberle and husband Brian of Richmond, VA, two sons, Leslie Keven Okes and wife Debra of Rocky Mount, VA and L. Kraig Okes and wife Lori of Blacksburg, Sherry Cromer Okes of Radford, VA, two brothers, Jack Pack of Jumping Branch and Jim Pack and Wife Lillian of Nimitz, four grandchildren, Kristie Okes and fiance, Russell Lindgren, Jason Seberle, Taylor Okes and Daniele Okes. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Friday at the Ronald Meadows Funeral Parlors Chapel in Hinton with Elder Tommy Pack officiating. Burial will follow in the Lilly-Crews Cemetery at Nimitz. Friends may call at the funeral parlors from 6-8 P.M. Thursday
