Amanda Mae Martin

     Amanda May Martin, 41, of Hinton went home to be with the Lord Sunday, November 5, 2023 at her home following a long illness.

     Born June 20, 1982 at Cleveland, OH she was a daughter of Aldona Martin Reese of Talcott and the late Allen “Punkin” Reese.

     Amanda was a homemaker who lived most of her life in Summers County. She enjoyed working puzzles, watching television, spending time with family and friends and especially her grandchildren.

     Those left to cherish her memory include her companion, David Raines; three sons, Ethan Raines and girlfriend Dixie Hatfield, Stephen Wills and fiancé Ashley Hurley and Gabriel Wills; three daughters, Rochelle Raines and husband Steven McDonald, Jessica McPherson and husband Zach and Brooke McPherson and boyfriend Ted Williams; eight grandchildren; two brothers, Allen Martin and wife Catherine and Michael Kovalkevich and girlfriend Natasha Bullion; aunts, uncles, several nieces, nephews and cousins whom she loved dearly.

     There will be no services at this time and her body has been entrusted to Ronald Meadows Funeral Parlors & Cremation Care Center for cremation.
