Arnold Simon Bennett, 56, of Hinton went home to be with his Family Thursday, January 05, 2011 at his home following a short illness.
Born November 11, 1954 at Hinton he was a son of the late Arnold Dempsey and Unie Jane Perry Bennett. He was of the Baptist Faith, Veteran of the United States Army and was employed by Asplundh for the past six years.
Preceded in death by one brother, Michael Bennett.
Those left to cherish his memory include his wife of 14 years, Debra Bennett of Hinton; one daughter, Brandie Keplenger and husband David of Martinsburg; one son, Brian Bennett of FL; four grandchildren, Chelsea, Brenda, Jesse and Allison Keplenger all of Martinsburg; three sisters, Angela Grabenstein and husband Carl of MD, Hilda Bennett and Diane Bennett both of Hinton; two brothers, Dennis Bennett and Dallas Bennett and wife Ann both of Hinton and numerous nieces and nephews.
A gathering of family and friends will be held from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. Friday, January 7, 2011 at the Ronald Meadows Funeral Parlors for a final goodbye until we all meet again. In respect of his wishes the body has been cremated and there will be no visitation.
