Bonnie Hinton

July 10, 1948 — January 30, 2022

Bonnie Sue Craft Hinton, 73, of Madams Creek went home to be with the Lord January 30, 2022 following a long illness.

Born July 10, 1948 at Hinton she was the daughter of the late George “Doug” and Opal Pearl Bennett Craft.  Bonnie was a homemaker who enjoyed growing flowers and making crafts.  She was a lifelong resident of Summers County.

Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Grant L. Hinton and two sisters, Lucy Plumley and Judy Presley.

Those left to cherish her memory include one daughter, Janet Hinton; one son, Christopher “Chris” Hinton (Shelly); two grandsons, Matthew “Matt” Hinton and Dalton Hinton; one granddaughter, Crisa Hinton; two sisters, Alice Lane (Jerry) and Rhodetta Hinton (Tommy) and many special nieces and nephews whom she adored.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 pm Wednesday, February 2, 2022 at the Ronald Meadows Funeral Parlors Chapel with Pastor Robbie Merritt officiating.  Private family burial will be held at a later time.  Friends may call from 1:00 pm until service time on Wednesday at the funeral parlors.
