Brenda G. Adkins

     Brenda G. Adkins, 76, of Hinton entered into eternal rest Tuesday, October 24, 2023 at Main Street Care following a long illness.

     Born March 6, 1947 in Hinton she was a daughter of the late Leatice G.  "Ram" and Evelyn Virginia Garten Ratliff.

     Brenda was a 1967 graduate of Hinton High School.  She enjoyed family gatherings, flowers, cats and spending time with her friends.

     Brenda was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy Adkins; one sister, Zettie Walton and three brothers, Bobby, Johnny and Ronnie Ratliff.

     Those left to cherish her memory include two nephews, Tommy Ratliff of Richmond, VA and Johnny Ratliff and wife Teresa of Hilldale; one niece, Betty Ratliff of Craigsville, VA and several cousins, great nieces and great nephews.

     Graveside services and burial will be 1:00 P.M. Tuesday, October 31, 2023 at the Restwood Memorial Gardens with Pastor Robbie Merritt officiating. Friends are asked to meet at the cemetery from 12:30 until time of services.
