Calvin Ray Lane

      Calvin Ray Lane finished pulling his final load on this Earth the morning of September 15th 2023. Calvin was a straight forward man who was unapologetically himself and enjoyed the simpler things in life. He loved his family, friends, and enjoying life to the fullest.

     As a loving father and family man Calvin would have done anything for his girls. He is survived in death by his wife of 31 years, Joan Lane and three daughters; Tara Romanello, Holly Romanello, and Samantha Lane and her fiancé Justin Meadows, as well as his grandchildren; Sofia, Dominick, Kaylee, and Hunter.

     Calvin was a hard working man who spent his life in the timber and trucking industries. He loved great music, riding the back roads of our beautiful state, and hunting. He had a gift for telling stories and jokes that a person just couldn’t help but laugh at even if he had told you that one once or twice before. Calvin’s legacy should remind us all to not take life too seriously and that humor really can be the best medicine

     A private family service will be held at a later date.
