Carl McDonie

Carl Edward McDonie, 45, of Hinton, died Sunday, December 13, 2009 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
Born March 3, 1964 at Hinton he was the son of Kebbie McDonie of Buck and the late Carl Junior McDonie. A lifelong resident of Hinton he was employed as a truck driver and was of the Baptist Faith. Carl was a loving father, son, brother, and uncle who will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Besides his mother Carl is survived by four daughters, Kelly Peak of Princeton, Tiffany White, Ravin McDonie and Randi McDonie all of Peterstown; two sisters, Della Wright and husband Alan of Athens and Tammy McDonie and life partner Charles Wright of Princeton; one brother, David McDonie of Hinton; nieces and nephews, Joseph Dixon of Athens, Jeremy Dixon and wife Olivia of Princeton, Matthew Wright and wife Rebecca of Princeton, Stacy McDonie of Beckley, Stephanie Rose and husband David of Keystone and Charles Wright of Princeton and great nieces and nephews, Madison Dawn Morehead, Gabriel Urian Dixon, Kylie Jade Dixon and Matthew Orian McDonie.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 P.M. Friday, December 18, 2009 at the Ronald Meadows Funeral Parlors Chapel with Pastor Eddie Harris officiating. Burial will follow in the Huffman Cemetery at Buck. Friends may call from 6-8 P.M. on Thursday at the funeral parlors.
Arrangements are by the Ronald Meadows Funeral Parlors of Hinton.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
