Connie Crews

Connie Crews, 62, passed away on May 13, 2018. She was a beloved mother, sister, and friend. She spent most of her life as a homemaker and loved her daughters, grandchildren, and community.
She is preceded in death by her grandson, Sebastian Edward Nole Crews, her father, Edward Slay, her mother, Colleen Forest, and her step-father Charles Forrest.
Connie is survived by her three daughters, Melissa Blair (Trent) of Hazlehurst, Georgia, Patricia Butler (Derrick) of Lake City, Florida, and Cynthia Crews of Richmond, Virginia. Her grandchildren Devin Wood, Krystyna Blair, Trent Blair Jr. and Mya Warren and one great grandson Kayden Miller. She is also survived by three sisters, two brothers, and her best friend Laura. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
