Danny Ray Ward

Danny Ray Ward, 66, of Hinton went home to be with the Lord Saturday, December 28, 2024 at his home following a long illness.

 Born March 20, 1958 in Hinton he was a son of the late Buster Ray Ward and Josephine Wykle Ward of Hinton.

 Danny was of the Baptist faith and a minister for 45 plus years. He was a faithful member of Cooks Chapel Baptist Church and served in many ways.

 Preceded in death by his beloved father Buster Ray Ward.

 Besides his loving mother, those left to cherish his memory include three brothers, Mark Ward of Oak Hill, Gary Ward and wife Sandy of Virginia and Johnny Ward and companion Stacey Pitzer, whom were his caregivers.

 Graveside services and burial will be 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, January 1, 2025 at the Fox Cemetery at Brooks with Pastor Dallas Peyton officiating. Friends are asked to meet at the cemetery at 10:30 A.M. prior to services. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
