Deborah Sue ?Debbie? Hunter, 51 of Hinton died Friday, July 2, 2010 at home following a sudden illness.
Born September 2, 1958 at Beckley she was a daughter of the late Donald G. Sullivan and Rose Marie Hubbard and step-father, Cecil Hubbard of Lanham, MD. A homemaker, Debbie resided with her aunt, Donna Berry of Hinton where she served as her caregiver. A 1976 graduate of Shady Springs High School she attended Bluefield State College and Mountain State University where she was enrolled in their Registered Nurse programs.
Preceded in death by her special grandmother, Elva G. Adkins.
Besides her mother and step-father those left to cherish her memory include, one son, Jason Donald Beasley of Frederick, MD; special uncle, Forrest L. Adkins of Hinton; one aunt, Kara Slusher of Dunkirk, MD and one uncle, Billy Joe Adkins of Leesburg, VA.
Graveside service and burial will be held 11:00 A.M. Monday, July 5, 2010 at the Greenbrier Burial Park with Pastor Robbie Merritt officiating. Friends are asked to gather at the funeral parlors at 10:00 A.M. to go in precession to the cemetery.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
