Desiree Adkins

Desiree Nicole Adkins, infant daughter of Danny P. Adkins and Samantha June Kessler Crews was ushered into the arms of God in heaven on April 8, 2008. Although her stay with us was for a short time her loving memory will be engraved in our hearts and minds forever. Preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, R.L. Hyden; maternal grandmother, Sandra Kessler; maternal great grandmother, Donna Crews; paternal grandmother, Madlean T. Adkins; paternal great grandmother, Emma Jean Adkins; and paternal great grandfather, Burman G. Adkins. Besides her parents she is survived by her maternal grandfather, Mark Kessler of Mt. Hope; maternal step grandfather, Freddie Crews of Mt. Hope; paternal great grandmother, Gladys Upton of Hinton; great grandmother, Hallie Adkins of Hinton; paternal grandmother, Drema Faye Adkins of Hinton and paternal grandfather, Billy Ray Adkins of Hinton. Graveside services and burial will be 2:00 P.M. Thursday, April 10, 2008 at the Upland Cemetery with Pastor Robbie Merritt officiating. There will be no visitation.
