Donna Jean Mize, 63, of Hinton went home to be with the Lord Monday, May 6, 2019 at her home following a sudden illness.
Born November 29, 1955 at Ansted she was a daughter of Anna Jean Bennet Marion and the late Joseph R. Gill.
Donna lived most of her life in Summers County. She enjoyed crocheting, reading books and spending time with family and friends.
Donna was preceded in death by one sister, Sandy K. Williams and one brother, Donald Dwayne Gill.
Besides her mother she is survived by one daughter, Judy K. Wooten; four grandchildren, Nathan Wooten, Andra Packaki, Ethan Packaki and Shannon Barker; one sister, JoAnn Richmond and husband Rick and nephews and nieces, Billy "B.J." Cox, Cheyenne Dunn and Ashley Gunter.
At Donna's request there will be no services.
