Doris Eagle

Doris L. Eagle, 92, of Hinton, died Saturday September 1, 2007 at 7:20 pm at the Bluestone Care Home at Nimitz, following a long illness.Born March 29, 1915 at Everette, PA, she was the daughter of the late William Bradley â??Stoney Billâ?? and Mildred Vialls Loomis.She was a graduate of Hinton High School in 1936, Wilfred Beauty Academy in New York in 1938 and a homemaker. Mrs. Eagle was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Hinton and a former member of the Hinton Womanâ??s Club.Preceded in death by her husband, Harold B. Eagle, two sisters Muriel L. Summers and Carol L. Tingle and one brother Lester W. â??Stoneyâ?? Loomis. Survived by; one son, Brad Eagle and wife Karen of Hinton; three grandchildren, Kimberly, Brandon and Kelly Eagle and several nieces and nephews.Memorial services will be held at 11 AM Friday at the Ronald Meadows Funeral Parlors Chapel in Hinton with Rev. Dr. Barbara Romfo officiating. Family will receive friends from 10 AM until time of service on Friday. In lieu of flowers donations of sympathy may be made to the American Heart Association. Burial will be in the Greenbrier Burial Park at a later date.
