In loving memory of Eliza Marie ?Twinkle? Adkins Bolt of Big Creek who passed away Monday, February 21, 2011 in the arms of her angel following a long courageous battle with cancer.
Born November 6, 1951 at Meadow Creek, she was a daughter of the late Ernest Henry and Arbutus Osborne Adkins of Big Creek. Twinkle was of the Pentecostal Holiness Faith and formerly employed at Pipestem State Park in housekeeping for many years.
She is survived by her husband of 36 years, James W. Bolt of Big Creek; three daughters, Kimberly Taylor and husband Tom of Knots Island, NC, Pamela Gill and husband Willie Bob Gill of Big Creek and Joni Marie Bolt and companion Randy Chattin of Virginia; three brothers, William Howard Adkins of Norfolk, VA, Danny Joe ?Bozo? Adkins of Hinton and Michael Wayne Adkins of Piney View; three sisters, Lois Jean Ward of Forest Hill, Ramona Bolt and husband Eugene of Big Creek and Paula Crawley and husband Eric of Piney View; five grandchildren, Marcus Hannah, Taylor Hatcher, Dakota Gill, Haylee Gill and Emilee Ann Chattin.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Friday, February 25, 2011 at the Ronald Meadows Funeral Parlors Chapel with Pastors Ray Martin and Lawrence Bennett officiating. Burial will follow in the Restwood Memorial Gardens at Hinton. Friends may call at the funeral parlors from 11:00 a.m. until service time on Friday.
Tom Taylor, Tom Fischer, Willie Bob Gill, James Bailey, Nick Ward, Randy Chattin and Marcus Hannah will serve as pallbearers.
