Frank Beasley

Mr. Frank Marion Beasley, Jr., 77, of Hilldale, died Monday, February 28, 2006 at the Summers Co. Nursing and Rehabilitation Center at Hilldale, following a short illness. Born March 27, 1928 at Forest Hill, he was the son of the late Frank Marion and Lettie Beatrice Meador Beasley. Mr. Beasley was a retired Painting Contractor and had lived most of his life in Danville and Roanoke, VA. He was preceded in death by four sisters, Louise Andrews, Ida Mae Bower, Jewell Thompson and Hazel Williams and two brothers, James F. (Pat) Beasley and Joseph E. Beasley. Survived by three sisters; Joyce Ramsey of Torch, OH, Ruth Barber of Greensboro, NC and Joann Wood of Manassas, VA one brother, William E. Beasley of Greensboro, NC and several nieces and nephews. Graveside services and burial will be held 1:00 P.M. Thursday at the Roles Chapel Church Cemetery at Forest Hill with Pastor Jeff Canterbury officiating. Friends may call from noon till 1:00 P.M. at the Roles Chapel Baptist Church on Thursday. In lieu of flowers, donations of sympathy may be made to the Roles Chapel Baptist Church at Forest Hill.
