Gary Foster

Gary Wayne Foster, 48, of Beckley formerly of Hinton, died Monday, May 11, 2009 at his home. Born June 19, 1960 at Hinton he was a son of Marie Petrey of Hinton. A Veteran of the United States Army, member of the Hinton Moose Lodge, employee of Fisher Auto Parts and a avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting and fishing. Preceded in death by two brothers, Ricky Allen Schrader and Joseph Dewayne Foster. Besides his mother he is survived by two daughters, Sarah Mai Foster and Samantha J. Foster of Roanoke, VA; three brothers, Danny Lee Foster and wife Carolyn of Hinton, Calvin Foster and wife Lynn of Hinton and Kenny Meadows and wife Lisa of Hinton; four sisters, Dana Marie Blankenship and husband Saford of Bland, VA, Patty Thompson of Richmond, VA, Alice Sprouse and husband David of Talcott and Kathy Foster of Roanoke, VA and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral services will be held 1:00 P.M. Friday, May 15, 2009 at the Ronald Meadows Funeral Parlors Chapel with Pastor Eddie Crews officiating. Burial will follow in the Farley Cemetery at Pipestem. Friends may call from noon until service time on Friday and the Ronald Meadows Funeral Parlors. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
