Gary Simmons

Gary Ray Simmons, 41 of Pence Springs, WV passed away Tuesday April 19, 2011. Born December 8, 1969 in Hinton, he was the son of the late Sandy P. Simmons Sr. and Alice M. May Simmons.
Gary was an employee of Asplundh Tree Company in California and West Virginia, he also worked for various cable companies in the area and the Rightaway Construction.
Besides his parents, proceeding him in death was one sister Virginia Simmons.
Those left to cherish his memory are one daughter, Ashley Simmons of Jackson, CA, two sisters Anna Simmons and Sandra Simmons both of Pence Springs; five brothers, Sandy P. Simmons Jr. of Fort Springs, Roger Simmons of Lewisburg, Robert Simmons of Pence Springs, Michael Simmons of Pittsburgh, Pa and Kenny Simmons of Fairlea and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services and burial will be 11 a.m. Monday, April 25, 2011 at the Simmons Family Cemetery at Clayton with Pastor Roger Persinger officiating. Friends may call from 6-8 p.m. on Sunday at the Ronald Meadows Funeral Parlors in Hinton.
Pallbearers will be Michael Simmons, Jamie Simmons, Kenny Simmons II, Bobby Lilly, Chris Martin and R.J. Brown. Honorary Pallbearers are Mike Gore and Victor Ellis.
