Gregory Scott Crook, 46, of Jumping Branch died Friday, November 4, 2011 at his home.
Born June 21, 1965 at Alexandria, VA he was the son of the late Connie K. Clark Crook and Brice Crook of White Oak. A 1983 graduate of Hinton High School he was a member of Bluestone Baptist Church, formerly employed as a foreman at Asplundh and he enjoyed hunting and the outdoors.
Besides his father he is survived by one brother, Douglas J. Crook of Jumping Branch; one sister, Robin Crook Browning and husband Greg of White Oak; two nephews, Shaun D. Crook and wife Cherish of Jumping Branch and Justin Crook of Jumping Branch; one niece, Kirsten Browning of White Oak and two great nephews, Kase Douglas Crook and Kayden Devon Reed both of Jumping Branch.
Funeral services will be held 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 8, 2011 at the Ronald Meadows Funeral Parlors Chapel with Pastor Bill Fox officiating. Burial will follow in the Williams Cemetery at White Oak. Friends may call from 1:00 p.m. until service time on Tuesday.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
