Hazel Browning McBride, 54, of Pipestem, died at 2:57 A.M. Wednesday, April 30, 2008 at the Princeton Community Hospital, following a long illness. Born June 16, 1953 at Welch, she was the daughter of the late William and Belle Kerns Browning. Hazel was a 1972 graduate of Ieager High School and was a former employee of Samâ??s Wholesale Club at Bluefield. She was preceded in death by a nephew whom she reared, Billy Cline in 1989. Survived by her husband of 34 years, Gary Wayne McBride at home, four sons; Jason McBride and Mark Kary McBride both of Pipestem, Christopher Cline with the U.S. Army in Iraq and Alex Cline of Pipestem, four brothers; Frank Browning of Tazwell, Johnny Browning of Lebanon, VA, Jessie Browning of Lerona and Jimmy Browning of War, WV, three sisters; Betty and Wanda Steele and Mary Estep all of Panther, WV, one grandson, Zeke Tyler McBride of Hinton and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Monday at the Ronald Meadows Funeral Parlors Chapel in Hinton with Pastor Dallas Peyton officiating. Burial will follow in the Farley Cemetery on River Ridge. Friends may call at the funeral parlors from 5-7 P.M. on Sunday. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
