Helen Light

Helen V. Mann Light, 83, of Hinton, passed away at the Summers Co. Appalachian Regional Hospital on March 7, 2006. She had been a resident of long term care for several years. Born November 12, 1922 at Talcott, WV, she was the daughter of the late Ernest E. and Rose Jane Welder Mann. Mrs. Light was a homemaker and had lived all her life at Talcott. She was a member of the Trinity United Methodist Church at Talcott and had also attended the Rollynsburg Baptist Church at Talcott. Preceded in death by an infant son, Gary James Light, a grandson, Michael Bolling and two sisters, Lorene Martin and Pauline Copeland. Survived by one daughter, Shirley Wright and husband Bruce of Brunswick, GA, one grandson, Ron Bolling and wife Lisa of Orlando, FL and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday at the Ronald Meadows Funeral Parlors Chapel in Hinton with Pastor Dana Stalnaker officiating. Burial will follow in the Talcott Cemetery. Friends may call at the Funeral Parlor from 10:00 A.M. until funeral time on Saturday.
