Irene Bolling

Irene Byrd Bolling, 78, of Southside, Hinton died Monday morning at her home following a long illness. Born August 15, 1927 in Raleigh County she was a daughter of the late William Clinton and Lucinda Wood Byrd and had lived most of her life in Raleigh County. Mrs. Bolling was a former employee of Maiden Form and Delco Co. She was preceded in death by her brother Garland Byrd and two sisters Alberta Foley and Wanda Teets. She is survived by her husband of 38 years, Fred Bolling at home and one daughter Rosemary Williamson Winebarger and her husband Donald of Atkins, VA. Graveside services and burial will be 2:00 pm Tuesday at Restwood Memorial Gardens near Hinton with Travis Wirt officiating. There will be no visitation.
