James Meadows

James W. â??Wild Billâ?? Meadows, 73, of Hilldale died at 7:15 P.M. Thursday, June 23, 2005 at the Greenbrier Valley Medical Center in Fairlea following a long illness. Born February 15, 1932 in Hinton, he was a son of the late Roy and Mary E. Ballengee Meadows and had lived all his life in Summers and Raleigh Counties. Survived by several cousins and two special friends; Hilda Basham and Edith Coffman. Funeral service will be held 2:00 P.M. Sunday, June 26, 2005 at the Ronald Meadows Funeral Parlors Chapel with Pastor Robbie Merritt officiating. Burial will follow in the Bennett Cemetery, Raleigh Co. Friends may call from noon until time of service on Sunday. Buzz Hellems, Ted Willey, Robbie Rodes, Steve Coffman, Joe Blankenship, and Stewart Coffman will serve as pallbearers.
