James Carl Starcher

     James Carl Starcher, 68, of Hinton passed away Thursday, April 20, 2023 at Summers County Appalachian Regional Hospital following a long illness.

     Born October 2, 1954 at Ivydale, WV he was the son of the late C.M. and Anitra Bragg Starcher.

     James worked in Cleveland, OH as a cheesemaker.  He loved traveling.

     Besides his parents he is preceded in death by his wife, Joan Starcher; one brother, Robert Starcher and one sister, Debbie Ann Swift.

     Those left to cherish his memory include his sister, Connie Medvetz and husband Gary of Akron, OH and several nieces and nephews.

     At James request Ronald Meadows Funeral Parlors and Cremation Care Center has been entrusted with cremation.
