James Weatherford

James Patrick â??Patâ?? Weatherford, 77 of True, WV and Melbourne, FL died May 9, 2008 in Longview Texas. Born June 23, 1930 at Printer, WV he was the son of the late John and Elizabeth Moyer Weatherford. Retired from Lockheed Martin as a Senior Electronic Technician where he worked for more than 34 years at Cape Canaveral, FL and was involved in the development of the Titan Missle. Preceded in death by two sisters, Irene Vititoe and Virginia Masterson and one brother, Robert Weatherford. Survived by his wife of 56 years, Edith Oâ??Dell Weatherford of True, WV and Melbourne, FL; one son, James Christopher Weatherford and wife Eve of Longview, TX; one daughter, Teresa Hall and husband Michael of Annandale, VA; seven grandchildren, Michael Wayne and wife Melissa, Rebecca, Reba Jo, Travis and wife Ashley, Melissa, Greg and Kimberly and husband James. Funeral Liturgy will be held 11:00 A.M. Friday, May 16, 2008 at St. Patricks Catholic Church of Hinton with Father Arthur Bufogle as celebrant. Burial will follow in the Knob Cemetery at Pipestem. Friends may call from 6-8 P.M. Thursday at the Ronald Meadows Funeral Parlors with a Rosary service to be held at 7:30 P.M. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
