Janelle Raye McQuiston "Meadows", 40, of Hinton, WV, passed away in a vehicle accident on Thursday, January 8, 2015. Janelle was born on January 30, 1974 to Dennis McQuiston of Lisbon, Ohio and Sherry Unger-Campbell of Lisbon, Ohio. She attended high school in Columbiana, Ohio, then continued her education in the medical field.
Janelle was a very caring person and loved life. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She especially enjoyed spending time with her companion and family pets at her favorite place on the New River. She lived life by her favorite quote, "Live, Laugh, Love."
She is preceded in death by her baby boy, Joey Barber.
Besides her parents, Janelle is survived by her stepfather, Ron Campbell; siblings, Scott A. McQuiston and Amanda Mitchem; and sons, Corey A. Jones and Marvin L. Barber III. There is one granddaughter who was the light of her life, Lillian Grace-Marie Cales. She is also survived by her beloved companion of ten years, Michael W. Meadows and his two daughters, Meghan N. Wheeler and Hailey I. Wheeler.
Funeral services will be at 7:00 PM Tuesday, January 13, 2015 at the Ronald Meadows Funeral Parlors Chapel with Pastor Robbie Merritt officiating. Friends may call from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM Tuesday at the funeral parlors. At her request, following the services, the body will be cremated.
