Jason Allen Justice

      Jason Allen Justice, 40, of Nimitz went home to be with the Lord, Monday, June 3, 2024 surrounded by his loving family at Charleston Area Medical Center General Division following injuries from an automobile accident.

      Born June 24, 1983 at Welch he was a son of the late Donnie and Judy Edwards Justice.

      Jason was an employee of Pipestem State Park. He was a tram attendant and also worked as a groundskeeper in the maintenance division. Jason was also a carpenter.  He enjoyed riding motorcycles, hunting, fishing, playing video games and spending time with his family and friends, especially his children.  He was always a helper in time of need and always knew how to lift everyone’s spirits.

      Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Mary Ann Justice and Barbara Ann Justice.

      Those left to cherish his memory include his wife of 20 years, Amy Justice; four children, Emily (Cordell Meadows), Jacob, Nathan and Payton Justice; father and mother in law, Denny and Tammy Ratcliffe Lilly; brother in law, Joshua Lilly and wife Brittany; two brothers, Benny and Brett Justice (Lea); three sisters, Jennifer Graham and husband Kevin, Michelle Phipps and Brittany Justice; special aunt, Debbie Ballengee and husband Troy; nieces and nephews, Caleb, Kelly, Kyle, Miley, Trevor, Rachael, Kayden, Skip, Jordan and Ricky and numerous friends.

      Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Monday, June 10, 2024 at the Ronald Meadows Funeral Parlors Chapel with Pastor Tim Spencer officiating. Burial will follow in the Ratcliffe Family Cemetery at Cave Ridge.  Visitation will be from 12:30 until time of services. Pallbearers: Bud Bray, John Thompson, Anthony Lilly, Robert Okes, Wellington Deeds, Mike Dornell and Alan Adkins.
