Jenny O?Mara Sims, 78, of Inverness, FL, formerly of Hinton, WV, passed away peacefully on Saturday June 25, 2011 in the care of Dr. Gelin and the wonderful staff of the Arbor Trail Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center in Inverness, FL, where she had spent her last years. The daughter of the late Mark McKinley and Mabel Turley Sims, Jenny was born in Newport, KY, but spent most of her life in Summers County, WV and later years in Roanoke, VA and Inverness, FL. Jenny was of Catholic faith and very active in her church wherever she lived.

She was preceded in death by two sisters, Hester H. McCabe and Dorothy H. Harvey. Jenny is survived by one sister, Frances ?Peggy? Weaver, Reunion, FL; caregiver and niece, Rebecca H. Casto, Inverness, FL; nephew, James ?Buck? McCabe and wife Susan, Atlanta, GA; nieces: Hester Clow, Inverness, FL; namesake Jenny Lee Harvey, Hinton, WV; Susan W. Hastings and husband Mike, Daniels, WV; Sarah Weaver, Myrtle Beach, SC; and Cecelia Weaver, Reunion, FL; and dear friend, Jack Casto, Inverness, FL.

Service arrangements in FL were provided by Charles E. Davis Funeral Home and Crematory with local services provided by Ronald Meadows Funeral Parlors in Hinton, WV. Private interment services will follow at a later date in the Oak Grove Cemetery, Ballengee, WV.
