Jimmy Bradberry

Jimmy F. Bradberry, 64, of Leatherwood Road, Nimitz, died at 3:45 P.M. Tuesday, May 3, 2005 at his home, following a short illness. Born May 7, 1940 at Warford in Summers Co., he was the son of the late Fred S. and Grace E. Garten Bradberry. He was a lifelong resident of Summers Co. He was retired after 33 years as Prep Supervisor for Celeanse Corporation of Pearisburg, VA. Preceded in death by two sisters, Jewel Maxine Bradberry and Frances L. Meador. Survived by his wife of 44 years, Doris Wills Bradberry, one son, Scott Bradberry and wife Jennifer of Leatherwood Rd., Nimitz, one daughter, Susan Grose and husband Rick of Leatherwood Rd., Nimitz, six grandchildren, Jeremy Grose, Emily Bradberry, Jason Grose, Kristen Grose, Tyler Ward and Hunter Bradberry, and one brother, Jack Bradberry of Zion Mt., Hinton. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Saturday at the Ronald Meadows Funeral Parlors Chapel in Hinton with Pastor Robbie Merritt officiating. Burial will follow in the Crews Cemetery at Nimitz. Friends may call at the funeral parlors from 6-9 P.M. Friday. Pallbearers; Dale Pettrey, Martin Shelton, Roy Crook, Ronnie Palmer, Keith Richmond, Eric Cawley, Mike Lilly, Terry Lilly and Brian Cale. Honorary pallbearers; David Williams and Ray Martin.
