Joann Van Sickle Fox, 86, of 144 Bass Lake Circle Hinton, died Monday night, April 2, 2018 at her home following a long illness.
Born January 10, 1932 in Hinton, she was the daughter of the late B.W. and Alease Matheny Van Sickle. She was a lifelong resident of Hinton.
Joann was a former head cashier at the National Bank of Summers. She was a devoted mother and grandmother and was active in her community.
Joann was preceded in death by her husband Howard Fox and one brother, Boyd Van Sickle.
She is survived by her daughter, Connie Fox Northern and husband Dan of Bass Lake; one sister, Mary Miller-Sylvester; one sister-in-law, Dot Van Sickle of Princeton; seven grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 11:00 A.M. Saturday, April 7, 2018 at the Ronald Meadows Funeral Parlors Chapel with Pastor Robbie Merritt officiating. Burial will follow in the Restwood Memorial Gardens. Friends may call from 6:00 - 8:00 P.M. Friday at the funeral parlors.
