JoAnn O'Dell

JoAnn Kathryn O'Dell, 71, of Pipestem departed this life on Mother's Day
May 12, 2019, joining her sons in Heaven following a long illness.
Born April 1, 1948 in Youngstown, OH she was a daughter of the late John
"Bucky" and Ann Machuga VanJura.
JoAnn was of the Catholic Faith, a former secretary for the Youngstown Diocese, a former clerk and cook @ Granny G's in Speedway and employed by Pit Row in Hinton.
She is preceded in death by three sons; Shannon, John, and Joseph O'Dell; one sister, Babe Kribel.
Those left to cherish her memory include her husband of 50 years
John Michael O'Dell; two daughters, Beth Adkins of Parkersburg, WV
Megan Affeld and of Florida; six grandchildren, Leah Adkins, Tommi Adkins, Mathew Affeld, Emma Affeld, and Morgan Affeld; three sisters, Carmi Olesky, Terri Higgins, and Babsi Truswell. Numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles also survive.
At her request the body has been cremated and memorial services will be held at a later date.
