Jodi Lynn Bennett, 33, of Ronceverte formerly of Hinton went home to be with the Lord Friday, July 12, 2013 at Charleston Area Medical Center General Division following injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
Born March 19, 1980 at Hinton she was a daughter of Phillip Adkins and wife Brenda of Hinton and Linda Bennett of Hilldale.
Jodi was a CNA, caring for the elderly. She was a loving mother, daughter, sister and friend who enjoyed camping, outdoors, flowers and spending time with her children and family.
She was preceded in death by paternal grandparents, Russell and Sylvia Adkins; maternal grandparents, Robert ?Bo? and Margaret Gill; four uncles, Glen, Charles, Roger and Steven ?Turkey? Adkins and two cousins, Anthony and Joseph Adkins.
Besides her parents those left to cherish her memory include her four children, Sean and Adriana Bennett and Ryan and Lindsey Quick at home; her companion, Ronald Lee Quick of Ronceverte; five sisters, Crystal Adkins of Hilldale, Cathy Wills of Dawson, Jennifer Ward of Hinton, Sarah Clingan of Hinton and Becky Clingan of Sandstone. Several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews who loved her dearly also survive.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, July 16, 2013 at Ronald Meadows Funeral Parlors Chapel with Pastor Robbie Merritt officiating. Burial will follow in the Upland Cemetery. Friends may call from 6-8 P.M. Monday at the funeral parlors.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
Arrangements are by the Ronald Meadows Funeral Parlors of Hinton.
