Kenneth Eugene ?Gene? Bragg, 45, of Ellison Ridge Road, Jumping Branch went home to be with the Lord, Saturday, June 15, 2013 at his home following a massive heart attack.
Born February 11, 1968 in Beckley, he was the son of Robert K. and Loretta (Sue) Arthur Bragg of Jumping Branch.
Gene was a 1986 Graduate of Hinton High School and a member of the Glade Creek Bible Baptist Church at Mt. View. He was employed by Cornerstone I.G.A. in Daniels and enjoyed fishing, the outdoors, watching old movies and spending time with family and friends. He was a wonderful son, brother and friend to all who knew him.
Preceding him in death include his grandparents, Cyrus and Ethel Bragg and Russell and Marie Arthur.
In addition to his parents he is survived by his sister, Sandra Farley and husband Harold of Coal City; one niece, Stacy Farley; one nephew, Robbie Farley both of Coal City and several aunts, uncles, and cousins also survive.
Funeral services will be 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, June 18, 2013 at the Ronald Meadows Funeral Parlors Chapel with Rev. William ?Bill? Reed officiating. Burial will follow in the Lilly-Crews Cemetery at Nimitz. Friends may call at the funeral parlor from 10:00 A.M. Tuesday until time of the services. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
