Leonard C. Neely

Leonard C. Neely, 71, of Valdosta, GA passed away November 20, 2024, at the home of his brother Robert Neely in Pipestem. Born July 12, 1953, at Detroit, MI he was the son of the late Leonard Nathan and Clara Louise Richmond Neely. 

 A longtime resident of Detroit, MI where he was employed by Chrysler Corp. until his retirement. He loved restoring classic cars, a huge fan of the Detroit Tigers and the Detroit Lions. Leonard excelled in playing cards and billards.

 Preceded in death by two sisters, Madelyn Neely and Lorena Prine.

 Survived by two brothers, Walter L. Neely and wife Sissy of True and Robert Neely and wife Mary Jane of Indian Ridge; one sister, Remantha Isabell and husband Ronald of Buford, GA; one special nephew, Robbie Neely and significant other Joni Bennett and their daughter Maddie of Pipestem. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews and his beloved dog Daisy.

 A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
