Leslie Gene Berry Jr., 25, of Meadow Creek passed away January 1, 2015 at Beckley Appalachian Regional Hospital.
Born February 2, 1989 at Greensboro, NC he was the only son of Leslie Gene Berry Sr. of Meadow Creek and Theresa Hicks of Greensboro, NC.
Leslie attended the Church of Christ of Hinton and was a former employee of Les's Painting. He will be sadly missed by his father, friends and family.
He was preceded in death by paternal grandparents, Gene and Georgiaetta Harrah and uncle, Rabbit Givens Jr.
Besides his parents, those left to cherish his memory include; one sister, Tabitha Berry of Tallahassee, FL; three aunts, Debbie Judy and husband Aaron of Lindside, Donna Crook and husband Jeff of Berkeley Springs and Suzanna Harrah Martin and husband Larry of Green Sulphur; cousins, Lucas Mullins, Ty Judy, Ike Judy and Eli Judy and paternal grandparents, Gene and Linda Berry of Rainelle.
Graveside services and burial will be 2:00 P.M. Monday, January 5, 2015 at the Gwinn Family Cemetery at Meadow Bridge with Pastor Walter Dekle officiating. Friends may gather at the cemetery at 1:30 P.M. on Monday.
Also a member of MCM Rest In Peace.
Arrangements are by the Ronald Meadows Funeral Parlors of Hinton.
