Loretta Jane Brown Williams, 61, of Hinton went home to be with the Lord, Sunday August 11, 2013 at Summers Co. ARH following a long illness.
Born October 5, 1951 in Summers Co. she was the daughter of the late James Alfred and Nola Ann Gill Brown. A lifelong resident of Summers Co. she was a homemaker who enjoyed crafts, shopping and spending time with family and friends.
Preceded in death by one brother, Roy Benford Brown and an infant sister, Darlene Brown.
Those left to cherish her memory include two daughters, Michelle Lynn Williams and husband David and Felicia Nicole Williams and companion Jimmy Hammons both of Hinton; four sons, Michael M. Brown and wife Audrey, Gary L. Brown and wife Nicole, Robert D. Brown and James Joseph L. Williams and wife Jessica all of Hinton; fifteen grandchildren, two great grandchildren, two sisters, Juanita Andrews and husband Steve and Mary Carr and husband Roger both of Hinton; three brothers, James Alfred Brown Jr. of Hinton, Wallace Brown and wife Maxine of VA and Paul Brown and wife Virginia of NC.
Funeral services will be held 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, August 14, at the Ronald Meadows Funeral Parlors Chapel with Pastor Robbie Merritt officiating. Burial will follow in the Wills Family Cemetery at Tug Creek. Friends may call at the funeral parlors from 10:00 a.m. until service time on Wednesday.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
