Mandy Jane Bryson Adkins Lemon, 95, of Hinton went home to be with her Lord Jesus Christ at 12:55 P.M. Friday May 11, 2007 at the Summers Nursing and Rehab Center at Hilldale, following a long illness. Born March 14, 1912 at Fayetteville she was the daughter of the Late John W. Bryson and Sallie A. Adkins. She was a loving mother and grandmother and a member of the Old Country Church of Hinton. Preceded in death by her first husband, Hunter Adkins and her second husband Richard Lemons; three sons, Basil Adkins, Eugene Lee Adkins and Billy Bryson; one daughter, Mildred Marie Richmond; one brother, James Robert Bryson; three sisters, Annie Lee Bryson Sears, Syntha M. Bryson and Hennietta Bryson. Survived by two sons, Melvin M. Adkins and Everette Adkins of Hinton; one daughter, Ella Mae Owens of TN; one step-son Henry Adkins of Hinton; one step-daughter, Ethel Gross of Hinton; thirty grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held 2:00 P.M. Tuesday May 15, 2007 at the Ronald Meadows Funeral Parlors Chapel with the Rev. Ray Martin officiating. Burial will follow in the Keatley Springs Cemetery. Friends may call from 6-8 P.M. on Monday at the funeral parlors. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
