Marilyn Lemon

Marilyn Albert Lemon, 54, of True went home to be with the Lord Saturday September 29, 2012 at the University of Virginia Medical Center following a short illness.
Born April 21, 1958 at Hinton, she was the daughter of the late Morris Thomas ?Pete? and Lois Epperly Albert. She was formerly an assistant manager at Rite Aid in Hinton and was most recently employed at H&R Block in Princeton, a member of James Chapel United Methodist Church where she was active in the Ladies Fellowship and had a big part in fundraising and church dinners. Marilyn was a loving mom, wife and sister who enjoyed gardening and spending time with family and friends.
Those left to cherish her memory include her loving husband of 21 years, Donald ?Donnie? Lemon; one son, Howard Lemon both at home; one brother, Ricky Albert of True; one sister, Patricia Meadows and husband Buck of True; two nieces, Kasi Meadows and Shannon Meadows; three great nephews, Jason, Tyler and Levi; one great niece, Makaylah all whom she loved and spoiled as she would her own grandchildren; many cousins, aunts, neighbors and her H&R Block family in Princeton that were her ?Buddies?.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, October 3, 2012 at the Ronald Meadows Funeral Parlors Chapel with Pastors Robbie Merritt and Johnny Wills officiating. Burial will follow in the Wynn-Houchins Cemetery at True. Friends may call from 6-8 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral parlors.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
