Mary Sue Barker - Iddings

             On Friday January 6, 2023 at Princeton Community Hospital Heaven gained another Angel while we lost one.  Mary Sue Barker- Iddings, 64, of Bluefield formerly of Hinton was called home following a long illness.

            Born January 1, 1959 at Hinton she was the daughter of the late John Earl Sr. and Anna Sue Iddings Barker and her adopted parents Charles William and Glada Hatcher Iddings.

            Mary was a homemaker who enjoyed watching baseball, Dwayne Johnson “The Rock, wrestling and spending time with family and friends.

            She was preceded in death by two brothers, John Earl Barker Jr. and Joseph Barker.

            Those left to cherish her memory include one sister, Deborah Barker-Miller and husband Bruce of Bluefield; half sister, Kathleen Schmidt of Spring Hill, FL and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

            Funeral services will be 1:00 P.M. Friday, January 13, 2023 at the Ronald Meadows Funeral Parlors Chapel with Pastor Ron Iddings officiating.  Burial will follow in the New Hope Church Cemetery in Marie. Friends may call from noon until time of services on Friday at the funeral parlors. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
