Mary Maddy

Mary E. Maddy, 85, of 201 Summers St., Hinton, died Tuesday morning Dec. 19, 2006 at the Summers Co. ARH at Hinton following a long illness. Born December 10, 1921 at Hinton, she was the daughter of the late Homer and Belle Lilly Lilly.Mrs. Maddy was a lifelong resident of Hinton, a homemaker and member of the First Baptist Church in Hinton. Preceded in death by her husband, Benny L. Maddy and one son Jimmy Tucker. Survived by one daughter, Virginia â??Gingerâ?? Fitzwater and Husband Russell of Hinton. One Son Bobby Tucker and wife Mary of Columbus, Ohio. Daughter in law Dorothy Tucker of Columbus, Ohio. Two Sisters Virginia DiCiuccio of Beckley and Mildred Hamer of Greensboro, NC. Nine Grandchildren and Eleven Great Grandchildren.Funeral Services will be 12 noon on Thursday December 21, 2006 at the Ronald Meadows Funeral Parlors Chapel with Pastor Roy Lee Honaker Jr. officiating. Burial will follow in the Greenbrier Burial Park at Hinton. Friends may call from 10 am until funeral time on Thursday at the funeral parlor.
