Mary Wicker

Mary Pauline Wicker, 90, of Clearwater, FL, formerly of Cleveland, OH and Hinton, died Monday June 5, 2006 at 3:40 P.M. at the Palm Gardens of Clearwater, following a long illness. Born July 14, 1915 at Hinton, she was the daughter of the late John Lee and Stella Sarah Barker Ellison. Mrs. Wicker had lived the early part of her life in Hinton, she was a graduate of Hinton High School and attended Marshall University. She was retired from the Cleveland Public Library where she worked in the â??Patent Office.â?? She was a homemaker and a member of the First Baptist Church of Dunedin, FL where she active in the Church Choir and was a soloist. Pauline was preceded in death by her husband, Edgar V. Wicker, in 2003. Survived by one son, Roger F. Wicker and wife Elaine of Clifton, VA; one daughter, Linda Gondosch and husband Werner of Hebron, KY and seven grandchildren, John, David and Charlie Wicker, Lisa Garver, Stephen Gondosch, Amy Todd and Kathy Huddleston. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 A.M. Friday June 10, 2006 at the Ronald Meadows Funeral Parlors Chapel in Hinton with Pastor Grover Morris officiating. Burial will follow in the Greenbrier Burial Park at Hinton. Friends may call at the funeral parlors from 9:00 A.M. until funeral time on Friday.
