Myrnia Ruth Cook-Roberto, 66, of Lerona, WV changed her address to Heaven Thursday, July 20, 2017 after an accidental fall at home.
Born September 29, 1950 in Boone Co. WV she was the daughter of the late Annie Gayheart and Seybert Bradley. Mrynia was a 1968 Scott High School graduate and attended the West Virginia Institute of Technology. She was a former officer of the Cleveland police force and a member of the Rocky Mount Community Church at Pipestem.
She was preceded in death by, her husband, Frank Roberto; sisters, Mazie Daniels, Ruby Adkins, Marceline Green and Margie Bradley; Brothers, McKinley, Manuel and Mason Bradley.
Those left to cherish her memory include her daughters, Lisa Ann Cook of Omaha. NE. and Roseanna Green of Berea, Ohio; two sisters, Marie Lilly of Columbus, OH, and Kay (Johnny) Buckner of Foster, WV; brother, Randy (Arlene) Bradley of Barrett, WV; only one known grandchild, Samantha DeJesus; and many nieces and nephews and a host of friends also survive.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Monday, July 24, 2017 at the Rocky Mount Community Church with Pastor Austin Peyton officiating. Burial will follow in the Rocky Mount Cemetery. Friends may call from 11:00 AM until time of services Monday at the church.
Friends will serve as pallbearers.
