Nora Ethel Martin, 51, of Hinton went home to be with the Lord on February 8,2016. Born August 11,1964 she was a daughter of the late Effie Caroline McKinney.
Nora was of Christian faith. She was a homemaker and enjoyed spending time with her family.
Besides her mother she was proceeded in death by a son, James Martin Jr.; grandson, Dakota Tyler Vandall; son in law, Danny Windon; brothers, Elmer and Robert Berry and sister, Patty Sears.
Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, James Martin of Madams Creek; daughter, Jessica Windon; grandchildren, Gracie and Dannon of Ronceverte and Cory and Kayley of Hinton; sisters, Gladys Bolen (Clayton) of Fireco and Georgia Sears of Hinton; brothers, James Berry of Whitby, Lacey Berry (Drema) of Sullivan, Richard Berry (Janet) of Coal City, Darrell Berry of Beckley and Donald Berry of Whitby. Several nieces, nephews, aunts & uncles also survive.

Funeral services will be 1:00 P.M. Thursday, February 11, 2016 at the Ronald Meadows Funeral Parlors Chapel with Pastor Wesley Coner officiating. Burial will follow in the Upland Cemetery. Friends may call from 12:00 P.M. until time of services at the funeral parlors.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
