Patricia Karras

Mrs. Patricia Aurelia Karras, 57, of Judson Rd., Hinton, died at 11:45 P.M. Tuesday at the Charleston Area Medical Center Memorial Division, following a long illness. Born October 6, 1947 at Norfolk, VA, she was the daughter of the late Edgar L. West and the late Edna Greider West Turner. She had lived most of her life in the Hampton Roads area where she worked as a School Bus Driver for the Virginia Beach Public Schools. She retired to Judson in 1994. Preceded in death by one brother, Edgar Leo West Jr. Survived by her husband of 25 years, Petrus Kostas Karras at home, three daughters; Stacey L. Conrad and husband Allen and Pamela D. Weikle and husband David all of Judson, and Terrie Lynn Swack of Virginia Beach, VA, two sons, David Wayne Karras of Chesapeake, VA and James Kostas Karras and wife Mary Kay of Chesapeake, VA, eleven grandchildren, three great grandchildren, one brother, Charles E. West of Portsmouth, VA and two sisters, Darlene Meekins and husband Gordon of Norfolk, VA and Thea Twisdale, husband Carl of Portsmouth, VA and several nieces and nephews. Following Mrs. Karras request, her body was cremated. Memorial services will be held at 3:00 P.M. Sunday, May 29, 2005 at the Karras family residence on Judson Road.
