Patricia Lewis

Patricia Davis Cales Lewis, 59, of 495 Stokes Dr., Hinton, died Wednesday, March 14, 2007 at the Beckley Appalachian Regional Hospital at Beckley, following a short illness. Born February 22, 1948 at Ward, WV, she was the daughter of Albert Davis and Wife Betty of Sandstone and Virginia Charlotte Dick Newman of Cross, SC. Mrs. Lewis had worked the early part of her life as a waitress at The Diner and Bowlingâ??s Dairy Bar both at Hinton. She was preceded in death by two sisters; Loraine Davis and Jo Ann Huffman. Besides her parents, she is survived by two sons; Bryan Cales of Powleyâ??s Creek, Hinton and Darrell Cales of South Carolina, five sisters; Jean Cales and husband Ivan of Southside, Hinton, Drema Pendergrass and husband Billy of Salem, VA, Vickie Wheeler and husband Joe of Sandstone, Alberta Clifford and husband David of Baltimore, MD and Virginia Divers and husband Howard of Cross, SC, five grandchildren and one great grandchild. Graveside services and burial will be held at 11:30 A. M. Saturday at the Smith Family Cemetery at Tug Creek with Bobby Cales officiating. There will be no visitation.
