Paul Chattin

Paul Junior Chattin, 77 formerly of ?Tunnel Hill? Hilldale passed away at the Jackie Withrow Hospital in Beckley on Saturday, March 9, 2013 and went to his eternal reward.
Born September 15, 1935 in Summers County, he was a son of the late Paul ?Babe? and Mabel Clara Wimmer Chattin.
Paul was a lifelong resident of Summers County who served four years in the US Army. Paul loved fishing and hunting and was known as the Helgramite Slayer of Summers County.
Other than his parents he was preceded in death by one brother, Richard Harold Chattin; two sisters, Mildred Jean Seldomridge and Patricia Joann Highlander and one niece, Linda Sue Highlander.
Those left to cherish his memory include, four nephews, Fred Seldomridge of Hampton, VA, Rick Chattin of Newport News, VA, Mike Chattin of NC and Dave Highlander of Hampton, VA; two nieces Becky Sheets of Newport News, VA and Nancy Crockett of Hampton, VA.
Graveside service and burial will be held at 1:00 PM, Saturday, March 16, 2013 at the Wimmer Section of the Greenbrier Burial Park with Pastor David Highlander officiating.
Arrangements are by the Ronald Meadows Funeral Parlors of Hinton.
