Rhonda Edwards

Rhonda G. Stoddard Edwards, 61, of Hinton went safely home into the arms of Jesus Friday January 28, 2022 at Raleigh General Hospital.

Born July 6, 1960 in Summers County she was a daughter of Mabel Ward Stoddard of Hinton and the late James Stoddard.

Rhonda was a former member of Central Baptist Church.  She was a Ward Secretary for Summers County Hospital and the State Dental Department of Newport News, Virginia.  She enjoyed fishing, the river, gardening and spending time with family and friends.

Besides her mother those left to cherish her memory include her two daughters; Leah Hoffman of Barboursville, Jamie Watkins and husband Bart also of Barboursville; four grandchildren, Linhleigh Hoffman, Liaka Hoffman, Jack Watkins, and Kirby Watkins; siblings; Bubby Stoddard of Hinton, Kimberly Brown of Belmont North Carolina, Matt Stoddard and companion Kelli of Hinton.

Graveside services and burial will be held 11:00 am Wednesday, February 2, 2022 at Lilly-Crews Cemetery with Pastor Robbie Merritt officiating.  Friends may meet at the cemetery from 10:30 am until time of services.
