Robert Lee Moore Jr., 56, of Hinton went home to be with the Lord, Thursday, July 17, 2014 at Bowers Hospice House following a long illness.
Born December 19, 1957 at Cincinnati, OH he was the son of Norma K. Clements Moore of Hinton and the late Rev. Robert Lee Moore Sr. A Carpenter and electrician he enjoyed woodworking and making various crafts including musical instruments. Robert attended the Central Baptist Church of Hinton as his health permitted.
Besides his father he is preceded in death by a brother-in-law, Michael Ceyler.
Besides his mother those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Myra Bennett Moore of Hinton; four sons, Robert Lee Moore III and companion Dana of Kansas City, MO, Dustin D. Moore and companion Rebekah of Evansville, IN, Ty McCool of Elwood, IN and Brandon Ward and wife Jordan of War Ridge; four daughters, Tiffany Smith and companion Robert of Indianapolis, IN, Miricle A. Moore and companion Clifford of Hinton, Destiny Moore of Hinton and Grace Moore of Hinton; ten grandchildren, Jade, Haley, Hayden, Carson, Noah, Aleah, Talia, Arabella, Sophia and Noelle; one brother, John Moore and wife Joy; five sisters, Peggy J. Paul and husband Donald, Connie Moore, Kathy J. Bennett and husband Gary, Jennifer L. Moran and husband Tim and Elizabeth A. Malczewski and husband Jason; mother and father-in-law, Lawrence and Bonnie Bennett; three brother-in-laws, Mike Bennett and wife Linda, Greg Bennett and Jeff Bennett and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 pm Tuesday, July 22, 2014 at the Ronald Meadows Funeral Parlors Chapel with Pastors Robbie Merritt and Lawrence Bennett officiating. Burial will follow in the Bennett Family Cemetery at Judson. Friends may call from 11:00 am until service time on Tuesday.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
