Robert Dale "Kizer" Shelton, 61, of Sophia, passed away February 8, 2018 at his home following a short illness.
Born October 18, 1956 in Jumping Branch he was the son of the late John R. "Bobby" and Pauline Vest Shelton. A former employee of Abshire's Sawmill he enjoyed going fishing.
Preceded in death by his dear friend, Okey Cox.
Survived by his brother, Virgil "Donald" Shelton of Clarksville, TN; two sisters, Shirley Cales of Clarksville, TN and Rhonda Cox of Sophia; a dear friend, Janice Cox of Sophia and numerous cousins, nephews and friends.
A private graveside service will be held at a later date.
