Rodney Keith Wills, 50, of Pipestem, was set free of his pain and went to be with his Lord and Savior on April 7, 2006 at his home, following a long illness. Born on May 25, 1955 at Beckley, he is the son of Icie Pegram Wills of True and the late Sanford T. Wills. Keith was a construction carpenter and was a member of the Carpenters Union at Shady Spring. Prior to his illness, he was an avid sportsman who loved farming, hunting and fishing. He was a very courageous and tough man with a very big heart. He was a special son, a beloved father, a dear brother, an extra special uncle, a beloved nephew and a wonderful friend. Preceded in death by his father, Sanford T. Wills, his grandmother, Dorothy Lilly Wills and a nephew, John Mark Wills. In addition to his mother, he is survived by one son; Jeremy Wills of Pipestem, two daughters; Ruthie Presley of Letart, WV and Brandi Wills of Talcott a granddaughter, Riley Joe Taylor, three brothers; Jim Adkins of Streetsboro, OH, Benny Wills and wife Jeannie of Pipestem and John Wills and wife LaVerne of True, one sister; Sissy Neely and husband Walter of True. He will be sadly missed by all including uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews and a host of friends, including his best friend and special caretaker, Linda Vest. (We Love You Keith) Funeral services will be held on Monday at 1:00 P.M. at the Ronald Meadows Funeral Parlors Chapel in Hinton with Pastor Ralph Calfee officiating. Friends may call at the funeral parlors from 11:00 A.M. until funeral time on Monday.
